What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the greater Indianapolis area but are willing to travel. Please inquire for more information.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We accept bookings anywhere from 1-18 months prior to your wedding.

Do you offer custom wedding packages?

All packages are fully customizable! Add extra hours or à la carte services to fit your needs!

Will you help with the rehearsal?

Yes! Our Day-of Coordination package includes one hour of rehearsal assistance to ensure your wedding party feels confident and prepared. For our Micro-Wedding package, rehearsal assistance can be added as an optional service.

What does the Day of Coordination package include?

Our Day-of Coordination package is designed to be all-inclusive, providing support with setup and teardown, vendor coordination, bridal party and guest assistance, timeline execution, and more. To ensure safety and compliance, services are performed on-site at your venue, do not include lifting items over 50 lbs, and alcohol service is handled by licensed bartenders.

About us

Hello, my name is Kendra Willke and I am the Owner and Lead Planner/Coordinator of Weddings by Willke LLC. Working with people has always brought me great joy and led me to my first career as a music educator. However, I soon realized this was not the best place for me to truly display my talents and I began my search for a new career. While going through that process, I was also planning my own wedding and realized how much I loved the process and wanted to help others plan for their big day. From there I enrolled at IUPUI to receive a certificate in Event Management and graduated in May 2025. During this time, I started working in the industry as the wedding coordinator at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, an open community of Christians who accept and support all walks of life, including those who are in the LGBTQ+ community.

Being someone who has always wanted to help people and also understands the enormous task of planning a wedding on a budget today, I wanted to provide my expertise to those who had a tighter budget, as everyone deserves the wedding of their dreams. In order to do so I needed to expand my role in the wedding community and opened my business, Weddings by Willke LLC, serving the greater Indianapolis area and beyond.

I am very passionate about creating unforgettable weddings that are tailored to each couple's unique vision. I pride myself on attention to detail, creative design, and a personal touch that makes each wedding special.
